* Make sure you choose “Dentists”

* Save your password. This password is used to login to dentist dashboard.

• Step 3

You will be receiving “Verification Code” via email.

Insert Verification code to verify your account on 4Smile.

You have successfully created your profile as a dentist on 4Smile.
